Terms and Conditions – 4uzie Pakistan Online Casino Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 4uzie ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 4uzie website at https://4uzie.bet or creating a player account, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any of the services offered on the 4uzie platform. These Terms apply to all aspects of the 4uzie service including casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, deposits, withdrawals, and promotions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 4uzie to immediately close your account and void any associated balances.

4uzie reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC or Passport) at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of routine KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 4uzie account. If 4uzie identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether identified by name, CNIC, device ID, IP address, payment method, or household — all accounts except the first registered account may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4uzie login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any OTP (one-time password) with any other person for any reason. 4uzie cannot accept liability for losses incurred as a result of your credentials being shared voluntarily or accessed by a third party due to inadequate security on your personal device.

If you believe your 4uzie account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 4uzie support immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure your account. However, 4uzie accepts no liability for wagers placed or funds withdrawn prior to you reporting the breach.

• Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No interest is payable on account balances.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rs 100 per month after 24 months of inactivity.
• 4uzie does not permit the transfer of account balances between players under any circumstances.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting 4uzie support. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

All deposits on 4uzie are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 4uzie accepts the following payment methods for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Deposit section of your 4uzie account at the time of the transaction. The general minimum deposit across most payment methods is Rs 200. 4uzie does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own standard service charges, which are outside 4uzie's control.

All payment accounts used for deposits at 4uzie must be registered in the same legal name as your 4uzie account. Deposits from payment accounts held in a different name will be declined and any credited amounts reversed. 4uzie does not accept deposits from third parties.

• Deposits are credited to your 4uzie wallet instantly in most cases. IBFT bank transfers may take 1–2 hours during standard banking hours.
• If a deposit fails to credit within the expected timeframe, contact 4uzie support with your payment receipt and transaction reference number.
• 4uzie reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it cannot be verified, if it originates from a payment account not registered in your name, or if it is flagged by our fraud prevention systems.
• Funds deposited must be used for wagering. Depositing funds solely with the intent to immediately withdraw without placing any bets may be treated as suspicious activity.

Withdrawals from 4uzie are processed in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. 4uzie does not impose a cap on the number of withdrawal requests per day. 4uzie charges no platform fees on withdrawals.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit wherever possible — particularly in the case of card transactions (return-to-source policy). 4uzie processes mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) within ten minutes in most cases. Bank IBFT transfers are typically completed within 1–4 hours during standard banking hours (Monday–Saturday, 9am–5pm). Times may extend during peak periods or public holidays.

• 4uzie may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above threshold limits set by our compliance team.

• Registering more than one 4uzie account for any reason.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account to register or transact on 4uzie.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical assistance to place bets or interact with 4uzie's systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, whether in poker rooms, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer context, to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence in connection with your 4uzie account.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal sources or that belong to a third party.

• Accessing 4uzie using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent update.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you must stop using the 4uzie platform and request account closure before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
